- yesterday we spent most of the time reading and actually understanding the code bits we were working on.
- we also committed a pull request yesterday - which has been merged already: hooray!
- however we had to remove one file from a past commit by doing this:
- git rebase master
- git rebase -i <number of commit to be changed>
- git status (just to be sure)
- git rm <file to delete>
- git commit --amend
- git rebase --continue
- git push -f
- also we talked a bit about life as a programmer, how to read job proposals, hot new programming languages (e.g. brand new Swift) and how to pick which ones to learn.
- and we got a gift from Erik: git stickers :D Kathi's favourite is of course the one in the center.
This video can be appreciated by those who are familiar with German as well as GitHub. Klaus found it, Loriot made it, thx!
